Your information.

Mighty Warriors is the responsible party for the personal information you give us under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). We use it to answer your questions and to run your trial class and membership. We never sell it.

Who we are

What we collect

The details you type into our forms or the member app: name, WhatsApp number, email, who the class is for and your question. When you sign up or join: dates of birth of the people training, bookings, check-ins, signed waivers and contracts, and payment records.

Where it lives

Your details are kept in the club's member system, The Studio Hub (Dojo Hub), run by The Studio Hub Systems (Pty) Ltd as our system provider (operator under POPIA). It only processes your information on the club's instructions. Debit order details go to the payment provider for collection.

The chat on this website

The chat bubble answers common questions (classes, times, prices, address) from the club's public information. If you leave your name and number in it, the club gets them as a message to call you back. Please don't share medical or banking details in the chat.

Messages

We reply to your enquiry and send booking reminders and club updates by WhatsApp or email. Reply STOP or tap unsubscribe to stop non-essential messages at any time.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't become a membership are kept for up to 2 years, then deleted. Member records are kept for as long as the law requires after you leave.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or object to us using it. Contact stefanbrown@mweb.co.za or phone 083 413 6946. If you're not happy with our answer, you can complain to the Information Regulator (South Africa), inforegulator.org.za.
