A junior class that mixes Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and MMA. Tuesday and Thursday 18:00 to 19:00, for ages 5 to 16.
What it is.
Juniors learn ground work, escapes and safe takedowns from Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, with the striking and movement of MMA, in one class built for their age.

What it costs.
Junior Silver, ages 5 to 16: Junior Kickboxing or Junior BJJ and MMA. The first month is free, then R350 a month for months 2 to 6, then R500 a month from month 7. Junior Gold (Junior Kickboxing and Junior BJJ and MMA): first month free, then R450 a month for months 2 to 6, then R600 a month from month 7.
